Welcome to your Fulfillment Mastery Overview! This help doc supports the video walkthrough and provides a simplified guide for quickly understanding and implementing your challenge or transformation program. 🎯 Objective of Fulfillment

The goal of your front-end challenge or transformation program is to deliver real, lasting results with minimal friction. We do this through the Minimum Effective Dose approach β€” the simplest, most effective system that gets clients results without overwhelm.


🧱 The 3 Pillars of Transformation

Every client experience is built on these three key pillars:

1. Fitness

  • Clients complete 3 workouts per week.

  • They join your existing classes/sessions.

  • Keep this simple and consistent β€” no custom routines needed during the front-end program.

2. Nutrition

  • Clients follow a pre-assigned meal plan.

  • This plan is delivered during their Nutrition Orientation (see below).

  • No macros. No custom meals. No machines. Simplicity wins.

3. Accountability

  • You check in once per week (outside of sessions) via text or your training app.

  • Clients weigh in after their final session each week.

  • Use in-gym interactions and community engagement to naturally build accountability.


πŸ“ Pre-Start Must-Have: Nutrition Orientation

Before clients ever attend their first session, they must complete a Nutrition Orientation. This is a 30-minute meeting that includes:

βœ… Weigh-in and body fat measurement
– Use a scale, calipers, or scanner (if available β€” not required).
βœ… Meal plan assignment
– Plans are located inside the Fulfillment Mastery Portal.
βœ… Scheduling sessions + app navigation
– Show them how to book workouts and use any software or mobile apps.
βœ… Supplement recommendations + upsells
– Introduce and sell any relevant supplements.

⚠️ Important: The Nutrition Orientation must happen before the client’s first workout.
