The Conversion Meeting Script is a structured conversation designed to convert a client in a 6-week challenge into a long-term member. This script helps coaches build emotional buy-in, reinforce accountability, and make a clear and compelling offer to continue the client’s transformation journey.

 


🔑 Key Points of the Script

✅ Before the Meeting:

  • Weigh the client in and have their original challenge intake data and goals ready.

  • Set up the environment: 2 chairs, a table, EFT agreement, scale (if needed), and optional presentation deck.


🗣️ Meeting Flow

1. Build Emotional Momentum

  • Congratulate the client on their progress so far.

  • Ask:

    • “Tell me about a win you’ve had over the last few weeks.”

    • “When was the last time you lost this much weight in this short amount of time?”


2. Anchor Their Progress

  • Reinforce that what they’ve accomplished is a result of the system and accountability.

  • Ask:

    • “What do you think made the difference this time compared to past efforts?”

    • Guide them to acknowledge accountability as a key factor.


3. Revisit the Long-Term Goal

  • Prompt the client to talk about the original goal (e.g. lose 40 lbs).

  • Ask:

    • “Why is hitting that 40-pound goal important to you?”

    • “How would your life change if you reached it?”


4. Introduce the Early Bird Offer

  • Use assumptive tonality:

    • “Did I tell you about our early bird discount that we only offer at this meeting to those who seem serious?”

  • Let them visualize success:

    • “Picture yourself down 40 lbs... how would you feel?”


5. Present the Offer

  • Apply the $599 challenge deposit as a credit over 12 months:

    • $599 ÷ 52 weeks = $11 discount per week.

    • Public rate = $60/week → Member rate = $49/week.

    • No payment until challenge ends.

  • Ask:

    • “Sound fair?”

    • “Are you ready to make it official and knock out those 40 pounds once and for all?”


6. Optional: Paid-in-Full (PIF) Upsell

  • Present after they say yes to the weekly option.

  • PIF Discount:

    • $49/week × 52 weeks × 0.9 = $2,293

    • Add 4 bonus weeks → 56 total weeks.

  • Ask:

    • “Would you prefer weekly or prepay and get the bonus month and save?”


🧾 Close the Deal

  • Sign the agreement.

  • Take a selfie and celebrate publicly (Trainerize/Facebook group).

  • Schedule their Week 6 Weigh-Out.

  • Give any swag or onboarding materials.
