🧠 Help Doc: Setting Up Your Gym Growth Engine Dashboard

Purpose: This guide walks you through the critical setup phase of your Gym Growth Engine (GGE) platform using GoHighLevel. It’s designed to ensure your account is correctly configured, giving you the best chance of turning leads into scheduled appointments and gym members.

 

✅ Before You Begin

To complete the setup successfully, you’ll need to complete four essential steps:


1️⃣ Download the GoHighLevel App

Why it matters:
Having the app on your phone allows you to respond quickly to leads, make updates on the go, and stay in control of your business—whether you’re on the floor or out of the office.

Instructions:

  • Use the links below the video to download the app:

    • 📱 Apple App Store

    • 🤖 Google Play Store

  • Open the app and log in to your GGE account.

  • You won’t need the app right now, but it’s important to have it installed and ready for later.


2️⃣ Use a Desktop or Laptop for Setup

Why it matters:
Many features in GoHighLevel are not accessible or usable on mobile browsers. Setup tasks require full desktop access to view and configure critical settings.

Instructions:

  • Open GoHighLevel.com in a desktop or laptop browser.

  • Log in to your account using the credentials provided.

  • If you have trouble logging in, contact support through your Gym Growth Engine dashboard or via your onboarding manager.


3️⃣ Download and Use the Pre-Launch Checklist

Why it matters:
This checklist keeps you organized and on track as you move through each setup video. It also ensures you don’t miss critical components required to make the system function properly.

Instructions:

  • Click the link below the video to download your Pre-Launch Checklist.

  • Print it out or keep it open in a separate tab.

  • As you complete each video or task, mark it off so you know what’s done and what still needs attention.

  • If you ever step away, this checklist helps you pick up right where you left off.


4️⃣ Watch Each Setup Video & Follow Along

Why it matters:
Even if someone helped with onboarding, it's important that you understand how to manage and adjust your system in the future. This ensures you're not dependent on support for every small update.

Instructions:

  • Start each video in the setup section.

  • Watch the step → Pause → Complete it in your account.

  • Don’t worry about learning why each feature works just yet—this section is only focused on how to set up your tools.

  • You’ll learn strategy, behavior, and optimization in later training videos.

Already completed some of the setup?

  • That’s totally fine.

  • Just skim the videos you think you’ve completed and make sure nothing was missed.

  • This will also help you understand how to make changes later if needed.

Why it matters:
GoHighLevel is a powerful system—but you won’t use every feature every day. Some things (like updating calendars, changing offers, or adding new staff) may only happen every few months.
