đź“‹ Help Doc: Week 6 Final Weigh-Out Process

The Week 6 Final Weigh-Out is the fourth and final meeting in your “Fantastic Four” milestone sequence. This moment is both a celebration and a critical conversion opportunity for non-members. This guide covers when and how to conduct it, what to prepare, and the meeting choreography for both converted and non-converted clients.

 


đź—“ When It Happens

  • Timeline: During Week 6 or within 1–2 days after the challenge ends.

  • Priority:

    • Non-converted clients go first.

    • Already converted clients can be scheduled later.


đź§° What to Prepare

  • Tools & Setup:

    • Scale and body fat scanner

    • Table and two chairs

    • Client’s original pre-sale questionnaire

    • EFT agreement (for non-converted clients)

    • Phone or camera (for after-photos)


🔄 Duration

  • 15 minutes – if they’ve already converted

  • 30 minutes – if they haven’t
    (Optional: Schedule everyone for 30 minutes to keep it simple.)


🤝 Meeting Choreography

🟢 If They Have Converted:

  1. Welcome & Weigh-In

    • Smile, greet them, measure weight/body fat

    • Take after-photos

  2. Celebrate Progress

    • Compliment their results

    • Review original goals and what’s next

  3. Post-Challenge Plan

    • Discuss next 4 weeks

    • Go over post-challenge nutrition plan

  4. Get a Review

    • Ask for Google, Facebook, and Yelp reviews — on the spot

    • Provide copy/paste instructions

  5. Schedule Check-In

    • Book Week 10 check-in

    • Ensure they're scheduled for their next session

    • Confirm start of official membership

  6. Wrap-Up

    • Congratulate again 🎉


đź”´ If They Have Not Converted:

  1. Welcome & Weigh-In

    • Same as above

  2. Review Progress

    • Celebrate their wins

    • Review original goals and how far they’ve come

  3. Rebuild Value

    • Ask: “What do you think helped you the most — coaching, nutrition, accountability?”

    • Get them to say out loud what worked

  4. Make the Offer Again

    • Let them know they don’t have to hit the exact goal to win

    • Extend the offer today only and assume the close

    • “Let’s push past this — the lifestyle starts now.”

  5. If They Say Yes:

    • Sign EFT agreement

    • Go over next 4 weeks & nutrition plan

    • Ask for a review

    • Schedule Week 10 check-in

    • Get their next session booked
