💬 Step 2: Accessing the Conversations Tab

  1. Log in to your HighLevel account.

  2. On the left-hand side menu, click “Conversations”.

📍 This is where most of your lead communication will happen—via text, email, or social DMs (if integrated).

The Conversations area is structured like a messaging inbox:

Left Panel List of all active contacts who’ve messaged you
Center Panel Full message thread (like iMessage or email)
Blue Messages Sent by you or your team
Gray Messages Sent by the lead or prospect
Timestamps Every message is dated and time-stamped for context
