🧭 Step-by-Step: Scheduling an Appointment
1. Log In & Access the Calendar

After logging in to your Gym Growth Engine, navigate to:

Sidebar → Calendars

Click the “New” button on the top right.

2. Select the Right Tab
You’ll see two tabs at the top:

Appointments (to book a new appointment)

Block Off Time (for days off, holidays, or unavailable slots)
⚠️ If you're blocking time for PTO, sickness, or holidays, use the Block Off Time tab.
3. Choose the Correct Calendar
Before you proceed, make sure you’re scheduling on the correct calendar:

Default Calendar: Challenge Orientation

Other Calendars: Use the dropdown to switch if booking for other purposes (e.g., Sales Consults, Follow-ups)
🔁 Selecting the wrong calendar may cause confusion or prevent the appointment from showing.
4. Appointment Details

5. Choose the Date & Time

Select your desired day and time

If the time you want isn’t available due to set working hours:

Click “Custom”

This lets you override availability rules and schedule at any time

Example: Your availability is 9–5 PM, but you want to book at 6 PM → Use Custom
6. Finalize Booking
Once all fields are filled:

Click “Book Appointment”

Appointment will appear on your calendar

If the appointment doesn't appear:

Ensure the correct calendar is selected

If all filters are blank, no appointments will show
