🧠 Overview: What You’re Setting Up
This setup is for users who want to use semi-automated lead nurture campaigns inside the GGE system. If you’re using manual lead nurture, you can skip this.
Inside GGE, you'll configure automation campaigns that trigger messages to leads across SMS, email, and WhatsApp based on their status in the sales pipeline.

Make sure you have the following:

🔁 Lead Nurture Campaign Structure
Each campaign is tied to a specific lead stage. The GGE system supports eight core campaigns in three formats (SMS, Email, WhatsApp), and each is pre-built but fully customizable.
📂 Challenge Campaigns (Primary Focus)
These are used for leads that opt in for Transformation Challenges.

| Not Yet Scheduled | Lead opted in but hasn’t booked a time |
| Scheduled Follow-Up | Lead couldn’t book now (e.g. out of town), schedule future follow-up |
| Initial Appointment Confirmation | First message after appointment is booked |
| Unconfirmed Appointment Reminder | Push for a final confirmation to avoid a no-show |
| Confirmed Appointment Reminders | Ongoing reminders leading up to the appointment |
| Canceled Appointment | Re-engagement messages for canceled bookings |
| No-Show | Follow-up messages for missed appointments |
| Reactivation Campaign | For leads who went cold or ghosted for 2+ weeks |

🚪 Use for: Any reminder campaign
✅ Helps leads identify the gym easily when they arrive.
✏️ Editing & Publishing Your Campaigns
🔧 Step-by-Step:

Log in to GGE and go to Automation > Lead Campaigns

Click on the Challenge folder

Select the channel: Email, SMS, or WhatsApp

Choose a campaign (e.g. “Not Yet Scheduled”)

Click the green message nodes — these are editable

Review & customize the message content

Look for double brackets () — these are placeholders for dynamic fields like gym name or lead name

You can remove or change emojis or wording

Add attachments (images) as needed via the “Add Attachment” button

Hit Save

Toggle ON the campaign to publish it
🔁 Repeat for other campaigns you wish to activate.
💡 You do not need to use all campaigns. You can mix and match (e.g., automate confirmations but manually handle no-shows).
🧪 Trial Campaigns (Optional But Recommended)
These are structured exactly like challenge campaigns, but used for trial-based offers like free classes or 7-day passes.
Why separate?
Language differs (e.g. “Come in for a class” vs. “Come in for a consultation”).

You can choose:

Test your automations by adding a test lead and walking through the process

Don’t forget to add custom images — they significantly improve open & response rates

Keep a list of which campaigns are turned ON (to avoid overlaps)
