To customize or activate the chatbot:

✨ Workflow 1: AI Chatbot ON/OFF Toggle

This is the master switch to enable or disable the chatbot.

Do NOT turn this ON yet. This will be activated during launch.

To enable later: Click into the workflow and publish it.

If unpublished, AI will not send or receive messages.
✨ Workflow 2: AI Nudge Message (Follow-Up)
If a lead doesn’t respond, the chatbot can follow up with a gentle reminder.
Here’s how to customize the nudge:

Click into the second workflow labeled Follow-Up / Nudge

You’ll see a Wait step set to 4 hours by default
-
Adjust this timing as needed:

Change to 1 hour if you prefer quicker follow-up
-
Limit nudges to certain days of the week or times of day
-
For example, disable weekend nudges or early morning messages
-
📌 You can turn the nudge OFF completely by removing the wait/action sequence.

Until you're fully set up and ready for launch, leave the AI workflows unpublished.
This ensures no leads are engaged prematurely and gives you time to review or adjust as needed.
