✅ Why the Power Dialer Matters

Texting alone will only capture about 50% of your potential appointments. To double your schedule rate and show rate, calls must be made consistently and quickly—especially within the first few minutes of lead opt-in.

💡 Data shows that leads who are called immediately and followed up with via phone over several days are far more likely to book and show up.


📍 Where to Find the Power Dialer

  1. Log in to your HighLevel account

  2. Navigate to Conversations on the left-hand side

  3. Click the Manual Actions tab at the top

  4. Select a workflow list to load leads from:

    • ⭐ Power Dialer Challenge Leads

    • ⭐ Power Dialer Trial Leads


📋 How the Power Dialer Works

Each Power Dialer list is pre-filtered for you:

  • ✅ Only includes new leads (from the past ~5 days)

  • ✅ Excludes leads who:

    • Are already scheduled

    • Are marked as do not contact

    • Have a follow-up scheduled

    • Were called too many times

    • Are marked abandoned

When you click Start, the system will begin calling leads automatically, one at a time. You’ll hear the phone ring, and once a lead answers, you can speak with them before moving to the next.

🎯 Use this twice a day—once in the morning and once in the afternoon—to keep up with lead volume and stay efficient.


🔁 Automations That Power the Dialer

The Power Dialer will auto-remove leads from the list when:

  • They book an appointment

  • They are manually moved to another stage (e.g., Do Not Contact or Archived)

  • They’re marked with a callback

  • They exceed the call attempt limit

If you're using a voicemail drop, it will:

  • Drop a voicemail automatically on Call 1 and Call 3

  • Save you time from having to leave manual voicemails

🎙️ Switching Between Lead Types

To stay organized and clear while calling:

  • Use the Challenge Leads list to call leads interested in the Transformation Challenge

  • Use the Trial Leads list to call leads who opted into a Trial Offer

You can easily toggle between the two lists and use different call scripts accordingly, so you always know what to pitch and what context the lead has.


👥 Who Should Use the Power Dialer?

  • Sales reps aiming to increase their daily booking quota

  • Virtual assistants (VAs) trained to follow a script

  • Front desk or admin staff assisting with outbound calls

✅ You can delegate this completely—as long as the user knows how to load the correct list and follow your scripts.


🧼 Daily Cleanup Tips

  • Always clear the dialer at least twice daily

  • If you talk to a lead and they shouldn't be called again:

    • Move them in the pipeline to Do Not Contact or Archived

  • Regular usage ensures:

    • No missed hot leads

    • Proper tracking and reporting

    • Faster scheduling rates
