📱 Manual Lead Nurture: Full Text Script Guide

(For Gym Launch Clients Using Manual Lead Nurture Only)

⚠️ This guide is only for gym owners choosing to use manual lead nurture instead of the semi-automatic system. If you are using semi-auto lead nurture, please skip this doc and continue to the next section of your training.

🎯 Objective

This document outlines exactly how to manage your lead communication manually via call, text, or email. It covers:

  • The tools you need

  • The full nurture script Here

  • How to personalize the script

  • Visual best practices to increase your show rates

✅ What You Need Before You Start

To run manual lead nurture, you must have:

  • A Phone to Call From
    This can be:

  • Your personal cell phone

  • A business phone

  • Google Voice or another dialer

  • A System to Send Texts/Emails

  • SMS via phone

  • Email from your CRM or Gmail

  • WhatsApp (if used in your country)

  • The Manual Text Script

  • Download the full script provided Here

  • Fill in your personal details (e.g. name, challenge, gym info)

🧾 Script Structure Overview

The script is broken into scenario-based segments for ease of use:

🔷 Scenario Categories (Blue Headers):

  • Not Yet Scheduled: For leads who opted in but haven’t booked

  • Scheduled Leads: Confirmation + reminders

  • Canceled or No-Show: Win-back messages

  • Reactivation: Follow-up for leads who went cold

🟡 Timing Prompts (Yellow Highlights):

  • Tells you when to send each message (e.g., 3 hours after, 24 hours before)

💬 Key Script Segments and Usage

🟢 Initial Outreach Text

Sent when a lead opts in but hasn’t scheduled:

“Hey [First Name]! It’s [Your Name] from [Gym]. Just saw you grabbed a spot in our [Challenge Name]—pumped to have you! Is texting okay?”

📞 Conversation Framework

Once a lead responds, use this 3-question flow:

  • Goal: “Do you have a fitness goal in mind? (Weight loss, toning, muscle?)”

  • Struggle: “What’s usually the thing stopping you? Workouts, nutrition, motivation?”

  • Schedule: “Would mornings or evenings work better to come in and chat?”

🗓️ Scheduling & Confirmation

Once a time is set:

“Awesome! Your Transformation Orientation is booked for [Day/Time]. Here's our address: [Insert Address]. [Google Maps Link]”

✅ Include a screenshot of Google Maps or gym exterior for visual clarity.

👤 Appointment Setter vs. Coach Messaging

  • Before Scheduling: Use an “appointment setter” persona (can be you using a different name).

  • After Scheduling: Send messages from a “coach” to reinforce trust and confirm attendance.

Example: “Hey it’s Coach Alex! Just wanted to show you I’m real and confirm our appointment for Thursday at 4 PM. Are you still good for that time?”

📸 Include a selfie of the coach or team to build familiarity.

🔁 Reminder Cadence (For Maximum Show Rates)

Time Before Appt

Message Type

Best Practices

72 Hours

Friendly Reminder

Reconfirm time & location

24 Hours

Show Magnet Offer

Offer a t-shirt, bottle, or downloadable gift

1 Hour

Final Check-In

“Hey, I’m on my way to meet you!” (Creates commitment pressure)

📸 Add another Google Maps image or door photo to make your location easy to find.

❌ If They Cancel / No-Show

Use the “Cancel” and “No-Show” message templates in your script to:

  • Reschedule quickly

  • Rebuild urgency

  • Offer a second chance gift

🔄 Reactivation Messages

If a lead goes cold for 2+ weeks, use the reactivation messages to:

  • Reopen conversation

  • Remind them of the opportunity

  • Get them rebooked

✍️ Customizing the Script

Before using:

  • Fill in all your gym-specific details

  • Replace placeholder names (coach, gym, challenge)

  • Save the script to your phone/notes for quick copy-paste

✅ PRO TIP: The more visuals and personalization, the higher your show rates will be.

📌 Final Notes

  • Respond Fast: Aim to reply to all leads within minutes

  • Use Visuals: Maps, building photos, and coach selfies make a huge difference

  • Be Direct & Friendly: Create urgency, but stay approachable

  • Avoid Price Discussions: Focus on scheduling, not explaining your program
