To run manual lead nurture, you must have:

💬 Key Script Segments and Usage
🟢 Initial Outreach Text
Sent when a lead opts in but hasn’t scheduled:
“Hey [First Name]! It’s [Your Name] from [Gym]. Just saw you grabbed a spot in our [Challenge Name]—pumped to have you! Is texting okay?”
📞 Conversation Framework
Once a lead responds, use this 3-question flow:
- Goal: “Do you have a fitness goal in mind? (Weight loss, toning, muscle?)”
- Struggle: “What’s usually the thing stopping you? Workouts, nutrition, motivation?”
- Schedule: “Would mornings or evenings work better to come in and chat?”

Once a time is set:
