🛒 Selling Products in Trainerize

Trainerize allows you to sell fitness programs, coaching packages, and other services directly within the platform. This guide walks you through how to create, customize, and sell products, whether you're handling sales manually or automating them with programs and groups.

🔧 Step-by-Step: Creating & Managing Products

  1. Navigate to Payments

    • In your Trainerize dashboard, go to the Payments section.

    • Click on Products to view, add, or manage your offerings.

  2. Add a New Product

    • Use the Add Product button to create a new product such as a "Year of Change" program.

    • You can customize:

      • Name & Description

      • Price (e.g., $49/week or $216 every 4 weeks)

      • Billing Cycle (weekly, monthly, etc.)

  3. Set Product Triggers

    • Choose whether the product becomes active on:

      • A fixed date

      • Upon purchase

      • Or midway through another program (perfect for upsells)


🤖 Automations

Add automations to enhance the user experience:

  • Assign to a Program – Link the product purchase to a specific training program.

  • Assign a Trainer – Automatically designate a trainer upon purchase.

  • Add to a Group – For example, move “Year of Change” clients to a private community or challenge group.


💳 Selling to Clients

There are two primary ways to sell your product:

  1. Via Direct Link

    • Copy the Product Link or Checkout Link

    • Send it to the client through email or message

  2. Using the Sell Button

    • If the client is already in your system:

      • Click Sell

      • Trainerize will send them an email invite to confirm their purchase

      • If no card is on file, the client will be prompted to enter one

💡 Pro Tip: If you're with the client in-person, have them open the email and walk through the steps together to complete the setup immediately.
