Connecting Your Facebook Page & Instagram Account to Business Manager

Step-by-Step: Connect Your Facebook Page

✅ Step 1: Open Business Settings

• Log into your account at business.facebook.com.
  
  

• Click on:
  
  

• The gear icon ⚙️ at the bottom left, OR
  
  

• The three-line menu (☰ “All Tools”) at the top left, then select “Business Settings.”
  
  

✅ Step 2: Add Your Facebook Page

• In Business Settings, go to:
  Accounts → Pages
  
  

• Click on the “Add” button and select:
  “Add a Page.”
  
  

• Type the name of your existing Facebook Page into the search field.
  
  

• IMPORTANT: You must be a registered admin of the Facebook Page to add it.
  
  

If you're using a different Facebook account than the one that created the page, log into the admin account first or request admin access.

• Once confirmed, your Facebook Page will now be added to your Business Manager.
  
  

Step-by-Step: Connect Your Instagram Account

✅ Step 1: Add Your Instagram Profile

• In Business Settings, go to:
  Accounts → Instagram Accounts
  
  

• Click on “Add” or “Connect Your Instagram Account.”
  
  

✅ Step 2: Log Into Instagram

• A pop-up will appear prompting you to log into your Instagram account.
  
  

• Enter your username and password.
  
  

• After a successful login, you’ll be redirected back to Business Manager with your Instagram profile now linked.
  
  

✅ You’re Done!

Once your Facebook Page and Instagram Account are connected to your Business Manager:

• You’ll be able to run ads on both platforms.
  
  

• You can assign access to team members or partners.
  
  

• Your brand will appear properly across all ad placements.
