  • GoHighLevel serves as the primary lead management tool.
  • Leads generated from Facebook paid ads are automatically created as contacts within the system.
  • Contact management features include calling, texting, scheduling, and automation integrations.

2. Contact and Lead Handling

  • Contacts can be called, texted, and scheduled directly within the platform.
  • Automations:
  • Send conversation starter messages to unscheduled leads.
  • Send appointment reminders to scheduled leads.
  • AI Chatbot (if enabled):
  • Manages replies from contacts who have not yet scheduled.
  • Applicable only to challenge offer leads.

3. Lead Data and Tracking

  • All created leads are added to the Contacts List:
  • View details such as creation date, source, contact information, and recent activity.
  • Communication history and activity logs are maintained for each lead.

4. Sales Pipeline Management

  • Leads are added to the Sales Pipeline under the New Leads section.
  • Sales pipeline stages represent the lead's journey:
  • Visualizes and highlights lead status.
  • Helps with task management within the conversation section.
  • Leads can be:
  • Called, texted, emailed, or scheduled for follow-up.
  • Managed through the conversations interface.
  • Lead status updates are automatically reflected in the pipeline within the Opportunities section.

  • Calendars are pre-set up and labeled:
  • Indicate the offer or task associated with each lead.
  • Facilitate scheduling and follow-up tasks.
  • Calendar entries are synchronized with the sales pipeline, indicating current lead stage.

6. Dashboard & Analytics

  • Designed to display critical metrics such as:
  • Number of new leads and their sources.
  • Total appointments and outcomes.
  • Number of leads closed, lost, or won.
  • Cash collected, summarized for the selected date range.
