Gym Growth Engine: Scholarship Application Funnel Setup Guide

 

🔧 Step 1: Access Your Funnel

1. Go to gohighlevel.com and log into your Gym Growth Engine account.

2. If you don’t have access, contact support immediately and they’ll get you set up.

3. Once logged in, head to the left-hand sidebar and:

   • Click Sites.

   • At the top, select Funnels.

   • Locate the funnel titled “Scholarship Play” (look for the trophy icon).

🧱 Step 2: Understand the Funnel Structure

The Scholarship Funnel includes 3 pages:

• Landing Page: Where applicants fill out the application form.

• Nomination Page: Users can nominate someone else to win (and increase their own chances).

• Thank You Page: Confirmation of successful entry.

These are all pre-built—you’ll just customize your branding and key details.

✏️ Step 3: Customize the Landing Page

1. Click the blue “Edit” button next to the Landing Page.

2. Update the following sections:

   • Gym Name: Replace any placeholder (e.g., “Your Gym Name”) with your actual name (e.g., “ABC Fitness”).

   • Giveaway Title & Value: Change the name of the giveaway and prize value if different from $5,000.

   • Countdown Timer:

     • Click on the timer.

     • Use the right-hand settings panel to update the end date/time.

     • Set the correct time zone.

3. Application Form:

   • This is pre-optimized—no changes recommended.

   • If you must, see Edit Forms below.

4. Images (Before & After):

   • Click on any stock image.

   • Scroll down and delete it.

   • Click the image upload icon to insert your own images (e.g., transformation photos, facility shots, logos).

5. Click Save in the top right when finished.

📄 Step 4: Customize the Nomination Page

1. Use the left-hand drop-down to select Page 2 – Nomination Page.

2. Update all text placeholders (gym name, descriptions, values).

3. Update the countdown timer here too.

4. Nomination Form includes:

   • Nominee’s name, phone number, and why they’re being nominated.

   • Nominator’s name and confirmation checkbox.

5. Save your edits.

✅ Step 5: Customize the Thank You Page

1. Select Page 3 – Thank You Page from the dropdown.

2. Update:

   • Gym Name

   • Giveaway value

   • Date

   • Countdown timer

3. Save when done.

🌐 Step 6: Connect Your Domain

You should already have a domain from onboarding. If not:

• Contact support to set this up.

To connect your domain:

1. Click “Connect Domain” at the top of the funnel.

2. Choose your domain from the dropdown.

3. Click Save, then Publish the funnel.

🔗 Your funnel is now live and accessible via a shareable link (e.g., abcfitness.com/scholarship).

📢 Step 7: Share Your Funnel

Copy your published link and distribute it:

• In your social media posts

• Via SMS campaigns

• On your website or newsletter

This is the link all applicants will use to enter your giveaway!

🧾 Optional: Editing Application or Nomination Forms

Only follow these steps if you need custom questions. Otherwise, the defaults are proven to convert well.

1. In GoHighLevel:

   • Click Sites on the left.

   • Select Forms > Builder.

2. You’ll see two forms:

   • One for the Application

   • One for Nominations

To edit:

• Click on the form.

• Add, remove, or modify fields as needed.

• Customize the button color or label.

• Click Save. This auto-updates the form on the live site.

🏁 Final Checklist Before Going Live

✅ All 3 funnel pages are customized
✅ Countdown timers are set correctly
✅ Gym name and branding updated
✅ Domain is connected
✅ Funnel is published
✅ Link is tested and working
✅ Funnel link added to marketing material
