How to Embed a HighLevel Opt-In Form into Your Existing Website

1. Log into HighLevel


2. Navigate to the Form Builder

  • On the left menu, click Sites.

  • At the top menu, click Forms, then Form Builder.


3. Select or Create Your Opt-In Form

  • Use the existing "Website Opt-In Form" (or create a new one).

  • Basic form fields usually include:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email

    • Phone Number

    • A submission button (e.g., “Claim My Free Class Voucher”)

Optional:

  • Click the "+" icon to add more fields like address, text areas, or checkboxes as needed.

Pro Tip: Keep forms short for higher conversion.


4. Customize Your Form (Optional)

  • You can change field labels, button text, or add custom fields.

  • Adjust colors and fonts under Style Settings to match your website branding.

  • Click Save once you're done editing.

  • Paste the iframe embed code into a custom HTML or code block.

  • Click Save/Update in your website editor.

Note: If your platform asks for "custom code" or "HTML", that’s where the iframe goes.
