How to Set Up a Discount Code in Trainerize

This guide walks you through creating and applying a discount code within the Trainerize platform, allowing you to offer promotional access—such as a free six-week challenge—to clients. This is particularly useful for lead generation, marketing offers, or onboarding trials.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

✅ Step 1: Go to the Discount Code Section

  1. Navigate to the Payments section in your Trainerize account.

  2. Scroll down and click on Discount Codes.

✅ Step 2: Create a New Discount Code

  1. Click the “New” button.

  2. Enter a name for your discount code (e.g., free six week).

  3. Set the amount of the discount (e.g., $599 to make the product free).

  4. Choose to make the discount valid for the duration of the product.

  5. Limit the code to one specific product, such as your Free Six Week Challenge.

  6. Optionally, set a redemption limit (e.g., 1 per client).

  7. If the promotion is time-sensitive, enter a redeem-by date range.

  1. Click “Add” to create the discount.
