Personalizing Your Trainerize Account with AI Optimization

Once you’ve signed up and activated your discounted Trainerize account, the next step is to personalize your profile and settings to reflect your brand and coaching preferences. This will ensure your app looks professional and aligns with your business identity.

🎨 Step 1: Add Your Branding and Image

  1. Log into your Trainerize account.

  2. In the top-right corner, click your profile icon, then select “My Account.”

  3. Under “Profile Photo,” upload your business logo (not a personal photo).

    • ✅ Why? Using your logo gives your app a branded, professional look for clients.

  4. Drag and drop your image into place or select it from your files.

📇 Step 2: Update Your Contact & Business Info

Still under “My Account,” you can update:

  • Phone number

  • Business name

  • Email address

  • Any other relevant contact details

Keeping this information accurate ensures your clients can reach you easily and keeps your backend data clean for AI-based reporting and tools.

🏅 Step 3: Add Your Certifications

You can also upload or list your fitness certifications.
This enhances your credibility and helps build trust with potential and existing clients—especially if the profile becomes outward-facing.

⚙️ Step 4: Set Your Preferred Units

Scroll to the Units section and select:

  • Weight: Pounds or Kilograms

  • Distance: Miles or Kilometers

  • Measurements: Inches or Centimeters

Choose the units that align with your region and training style to avoid confusion when clients log their data.

📬 Step 5: Adjust Notification Settings

Trainerize gives you control over how you receive alerts.

We recommend:

  • Changing notifications from “App and Email” → “In-App Only”
    This reduces inbox clutter while keeping all alerts accessible directly within the app.

🔐 Optional: Update Your Password

If you need to change your password, you can do it here as well under the Security Settings section.
