Setting Up and Customizing Your Scholarship Application Funnel

🚀 What You'll Need Before You Start

• Access to GoHighLevel (Gym Growth Engine)

• Your login credentials

• Your gym name, images, logo, and scholarship details (optional for customization)

❗ If you don’t have access to GoHighLevel, contact support immediately to get your account set up.

🔧 Step 1: Log In and Locate the Funnel

1. Log into GoHighLevel.

2. On the left sidebar, go to Sites.

3. Click Funnels at the top.

4. Find the funnel labeled “Scholarship Play” (🏆 icon next to it).

5. Click into it — you’ll see three pages:

   • Landing Page (Application form)

   • Nomination Page (To refer a friend)

   • Thank You Page

✍️ Step 2: Customize the Landing Page

1. Click the blue edit button on the Landing Page.

2. Update:

   • Gym name (e.g. change placeholder text to “ABC Fitness”)

   • Giveaway title and prize amount if different

   • Timer:

     • Click on the timer element

     • Set the correct end date, time, and time zone

3. Optionally:

   • Replace placeholder before/after images with real member results

   • Add your gym logo, facility photos, or a promo video

4. Important: Do not change form questions unless necessary — this setup is already optimized for performance.

✅ When you're done, click Save (top right).

👥 Step 3: Edit the Nomination Page

1. From the funnel editor, go to the Nomination Page.

2. Customize as needed:

   • Update your gym name

   • Set the timer to the same giveaway deadline

   • Review the nomination form:

     • Make sure it fits your needs

     • Collects info like nominee name, phone, reason for nomination

3. Click Save when done.

🙌 Step 4: Finalize the Thank You Page

1. Open the Thank You Page.

2. Confirm:

   • Correct prize value and end date

   • Timer is accurate

   • Gym name is updated

3. Save the page.

🌐 Step 5: Connect Your Domain

1. Back in the funnel overview, click “Connect Domain”.

2. Select your domain from the dropdown (set up during onboarding).

   • If no domain appears, contact support to get one added.

3. After connecting the domain:

   • Click Save

   • Then click Publish

🔗 This makes your funnel live! Don’t worry, no one will see it until you share the link.

🔗 Step 6: Get Your Funnel Link

1. Go back to the Landing Page.

2. Copy the URL from the top.

   • Example: https://yourgym.com/scholarship-play

3. This is the link you’ll use in:

   • Facebook/Instagram posts

   • Text campaigns

   • Email blasts

   • QR codes on flyers

🛠️ Optional: Edit the Application or Nomination Form

Only do this if you have a specific reason — the default forms are already optimized.

1. Go to Sites > Forms.

2. Click Builder.

3. Locate forms labeled with 🏆:

   • One for Application

   • One for Nomination

4. Click on either form to:

   • Add/remove questions

   • Edit text

   • Change button colors or labels

5. Hit Save — changes are applied immediately on your funnel.

✅ Final Checklist

• Pages edited and saved ✅

• Domain connected ✅

• Funnel published ✅

• Link copied and ready to share ✅

• Timer set correctly on all pages ✅

• Optional: Forms customized ✅
