Understanding client activity and engagement is essential to help coaches personalize support, recognize wins, and identify areas for improvement. Trainerize provides a comprehensive coaching metrics view that allows you to track a client’s workouts, nutrition, progress stats, and overall engagement.

👀 Where to View Metrics

  • Go to the Clients tab.

  • Select a specific trainer to view their clients.

  • Choose the client (e.g., Abby) to access their dashboard.

Program Completion

  • Abby completed 100% of her last program.

  • You’ll see program tags and can assign her a new program right away.

  • Easily check the number of completed vs. remaining workouts.

  1. Click on the message icon next to the data.

  2. Send custom feedback like:

    “Let’s finish the week strong—two workouts left to go!”
